Author VisitsYes, I do virtual visits too! Contact me for more info.
As a former elementary teacher, a mom of two, and a PTA parent, I love visiting schools to talk about reading and writing! My visits focus on getting the most out of reading and on making writing stronger. Sessions can be adapted for grades K-8 and groups of different sizes.
I am also available as an Author in Residence and can customize a program for your school. Conference organizers, I'd love to join your conference faculty!

Virtual Visits
I offer a limited number of free virtual visits via Skype or Google Hangouts. We'll get together for a fifteen to twenty minute Q&A where I'll tell the kids a little bit about being an author and answer their questions. I also offer paid virtual visits which include a 45 minute presentation. Click here for more info or to schedule a visit.
Conference Presentations
I'm also available to present at conferences on various topics, including Scrivener, writing for young readers, middle grade, querying, and the publishing path. Conference organizers, please contact me for more information.
